Gluten free pepperoni pizza was excellent! The crust is made with Caputo Fioreglut gf flour that does contain gf wheat starch; so it is suitable for celiacs but not for people with wheat allergies!

The best gluten free crust I have ever had! I wish they could ship it other places! The staff was very knowledgeable about what was GF on the rest of the menu as well.
This is the BEST Gluten free & dairy free pizza I have ever had. I am so disappointed I can't have this pizza in Kansas. I am counting down the days until I am back in Vegas and can have it again. I will literally eat it every day that I am there. I ordered he Caputo Cup GF and had them use dairy free cheese.
This place has THE BEST GLUTEN FREE AND DAIRY FREE PIZZA!!! I could not believe how good it was. It tasted just like the real deal. My boyfriend was shocked when he tried it as well and he had the regular gluten pizza and loved it. I had the Caputo Cup GF and removed the mozzarella and added vegan cheese. I'm so sad I can't have this pizza in Canada. I'll be dreaming of it until I can go back. Definitely check this place out!

Delicious, thick crust gluten free pizza with spicy pepperoni. As a celiac this restaurant is a dream come true. Thanks for the great service and the best gluten free pizza and gluten free garlic break I have ever had. We never miss a trip to Flour & Barley when we are in Vegas.

Best gluten free pizza I've eaten. It has been years since I had a thick crust pizza and this was phenomenal! Service was also excellent. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Vegas.

I can't believe this pizza was GF!! Delicious! We were there for 4 days and We came to Flour & Barley not Once but twice for this pizza. If you're craving a thick, buttery, crunchy crust you've came to the right place!!

Best gluten free pizza I've had, and I'm not gluten sensitive (my wife is). Whenever we are in Vegas, we make sure to stop there for lunch and drinks.
