Holsteins has officially moo-ved from the Cosmopolitan to the Arts District --- and while it's a bit off the beaten path, it's 100% worth the Uber ride or calorie-burning walk back.

I came here on a recommendation from my Uber driver, who told me to try the Billionaire Burger --- and I'm glad I listened.

? The Food

We kicked things off with Bam-Boozled Milkshakes (non-alcoholic for us) and I went for the Thicker than a Snicker milkshake. Let me tell you --- phenomenal. I'm usually not a whipped cream person, but I didn't leave a drop. The shake was thick, rich, and the frosting-covered rim with nuts? Gone. Tip: Either finish your shake before your meal or save it for dessert --- it's indulgent and filling in the best way.

Next up: Garlic-Parmesan Fries --- absolutely some of the best I've had. They don't skimp on the flavor and the slices of roasted garlic were a beautiful, punchy surprise. Garlic lovers, rejoice. ?

The Billionaire Burger was exactly what you'd expect --- rich, juicy, flavorful, and over the top (in the best way). My friend had the Forager Burger and loved it. Both were packed with flavor and perfectly cooked.

? The Vibe

Fun and quirky atmosphere --- it was genuinely entertaining trying to guess the theme of each of the Holsteins cows around the restaurant. (Pro tip: try to guess before reading the names!)

The vibe is casual and creative, with just the right amount of Vegas flair. It's got character, and so does the menu.

? The Service

Huge shoutout to Cailynn, our server. Super friendly, attentive, and incredibly patient answering a million questions --- plus she makes a killer milkshake. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, which just added to the great experience.

Would absolutely recommend, especially if you're looking for something a little different from the typical Strip spots. Holsteins brings big flavor, fun vibes, and fantastic service --- it's worth the trek to the Arts District.

Billionaire Burger tasted absolutely incredible. Amazing combination of flavors, it's probably my favorite burger in Las Vegas.

This was the best burger I've ever had in my entire life! It was rich and full of flavor. The chef also cooked it perfectly. I cannot wait to go back again and order another one!

Holsteins has incredible burgers, and their menu offers something in Las Vegas that's just the right combination of exotically different yet familair. Great place if you don't want something too Vegas-extravagant, but not fast food either.

The best burger I've ever had. Nothing compares to it.

I go to Holsteins every time I'm in town. I almost always get The Burger and have been so hesitant to stray away because it is so good, but finally tried another menu item. The Billionaire Burger did not disappoint. Service is always on point as well. I'm glad I keep this stop in steady rotation. Give The Burger a try...it is worth your time!

Absolutely stunning ?

I was staying at the hotel for my birthday and the day after my birthday on checkout day we decided to try Holstein Burgers. I tried the Billionaire Burger and it was thee most delicious burger I have ever had in my life. I've been craving it ever since December and it is now almost May. Good thing I live in Las Vegas because we are headed down to the strip today and Holstein is definitely on the to do list. Highly recommended!
